(Episode 287; 14 minutes 47) Ian Plimer is a professor of mining geology at the University of Adelaide. In his book “Heaven and Earth – Global Warming: the Missing Science” he challenges the arguments for mankind-induced climate change.
He believes we need to look at the motivation from the governments and industry leaders who are pushing the climate change agenda. If he’s right, doesn’t that mean carbon trading schemes are just imposts on business with no benefit for the environment?
Whether you believe him or not, there is the question of whether there has been enough rigorous debate on the subject.
