NCR has released the results of a commissioned survey of 4,000 people showing that Aussies have embraced self-service more than other parts of the world.
Today on BTalk Australia Phil Dobbie talks to Ross Checkley, the Australian MD for NCR, about industries in which self-service is having an impact. He says that it is a technology originally introduced to cut costs, but today it is more to do with providing consumers with choice.
